By using Mosaico, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Using Mosaico

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Mosaico. In regions where applicable law requires a higher minimum age, such as certain EU countries where the minimum age may be 16, those higher age requirements apply.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate account information
• You may not use the app for any illegal purpose

3. User Content

• You retain ownership of content you create and share on Mosaico
• You grant us a license to host, store, and display your content
• You must not upload content that infringes others' rights
• We may remove content that violates these terms
